Sunil Gandhi

Sunil joined eSolutions Furniture in the role of Chief Financial Officer in October of 2023. With an outstanding career marked by a proven track record as a value creator and a wealth of experience in dynamic, high-growth environments, Sunil is a high-performance Finance executive who excels in structuring and positioning organizations for growth, streamlining complex operations, and championing change to help organizations achieve their most aggressive top- and bottom-line goals.

With over 20 years of progressive financial leadership in consumer goods companies, Sunil has consistently led transformational change across multifunctional teams. His expertise extends beyond finance to encompass IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Legal. Prior to joining our organization, Sunil served as CFO for The Valens Company and, earlier, held the same position at Trophy Foods.

Sunil holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy (CPA) from Concordia University John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada. He also currently sits on the Board of the Toronto chapter of FEI Canada and is a graduate of their “Leadership Beyond Finance” program.

He describes himself as a strong leader with a personal mandate to inspire excellence and achieve results. He particularly enjoys driving positive change and strongly believes in the power of mentoring and team development, emphasizing trust and credibility are the cornerstones of effective leadership.

Outside of the office, Sunil has been married for 18 years and is the proud father of two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking, traveling and collecting wine.
