Martin Tardif

Martin Tardif is the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Sourcing at eSolutions Furniture. His responsibilities include Canada and United States manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, quality and compliance, and global sourcing.

Martin joined Bestar in January 1995, serving in several roles that directly helped the company emerge as a leader in e-commerce. His first achievement was transitioning the floor plan from retail to e-commerce focused as part of the engineering team in early 2000. Martin then moved into sales, product development and scheduling in 2015 and helped lead Bestar’s growth from a $27 million to $70 million business over the next five years.

Martin studied business at Laval University and engineering at École de Technologie Supérieure. He was part of the first graduate team of the EEB business school in 2010 and has been an executive at the Quebec Furniture Manufacturer’s Association since 2017.

Martin describes himself as a transformational and participative leader who takes pride in his teamwork abilities.

He enjoys sailing in his free time and is an active member of the Sailing Association of Lac-Mégantic.
