Aga Baran

Aga Baran is the vice-president of DTC and eCommerce technology. She has over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, eCommerce, and information technology. Member of the Bestar Board of Directors since 2020, she joined the eSolutions furniture team in August 2021.

From 2012 to 2018, Aga focused on driving eCommerce growth for the Reitmans Corporation.  As Vice-President of Digital Strategy & eCommerce, she led an inspiring team of more than 50 employees in the areas of eCommerce, digital strategy, media, and technology.
Over the course of her career, she held senior strategic roles for leading marketing agencies, where she successfully promoted her clients' brands and products.

Aga describes herself as a high achiever, with a strong record in developing and implementing digital strategies. Her proven skills include strategic planning, integrated marketing, eCommerce and omnichannel operations, media, and analytics. Through her various roles as digital transformation advisor, speaker and lecturer, she has developed a business process and change management acumen.

Aga also has a significant international background from her work and study experience in Europe and North America.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Laval University and completed Executive Training at Concordia University, both in Québec. She has dedicated her academic research and career to digital transformation and eCommerce
