Sherbrooke, Quebec, CA May 17, 2021 – One year after Quebec’s Bestar acquired Bush Industries, Inc., the
two companies today announced the creation of a new corporate brand, eSolutions Furniture Group. The Group
will use 130 years of cumulative experience to drive the sale of residential and commercial furniture on the
international market through state-of-the-art e-commerce solutions.
