Executive Vice President - Distribution and Supply Chain

Michael Gorham

Michael Gorham is the Executive Vice President of Distribution and Supply Chain for eSolutions Furniture.  He oversees the supply chain, distribution, logistics and customer service teams.

Prior to joining Bestar-Bush, Michael founded Logisca Inc., a consulting firm specializing in supply chain management and logistics. He has also held management roles at DB Schenker (Manager, Lead Logistics) and Bombardier Recreational Products (Corporate Logistics Manager) where he led a wide range of strategic initiatives and operations improvements, including supply chain network expansions, cost reduction programs, and significant customer-focused service improvements.

Michael describes himself as a strategic leader who relies on collaboration and strong problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges. Among his favorite professional accomplishments are starting his own company. Since joining Bestar-Bush in 2018, he has been instrumental in critical expansion of our distribution capacity and performance, while also taking great pride in the amazing team effort required to successfully navigate the 2020 COVID-19 crisis and ensuing e-commerce growth. Other achievements include earning green belt certification and serving as Lean Six Sigma instructor and presenting at the Supply Chain and Logistics Quebec Symposium.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Dalhousie University along with a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mount Allison University. He is actively involved in the community as a soccer and hockey coach.
